On the afternoon of June 23rd, Chen Leiming, Executive President and Secretary-General of CAMT,  led a delegation to visit Guangxi International Exposition Affairs Bureau (Secretariat of China-ASEAN Expo). They had in-depth exchanges with Pang Zhijun, Director of the Investment and Trade Department of the Bureau, on the preparatory work for the "China-ASEAN Steel Innovation Cooperation and Investment Conference". The two sides focused on discussing details such as activity process optimization, venue arrangement, hotel reception, and invitation of guests from ASEAN countries, aiming to ensure the smooth organizing of the conference.

Both sides agreed that the "China-ASEAN Steel Innovation and Investment Conference" will build a high-end platform for in-depth innovation and cooperation in the steel industry between China and ASEAN countries, helping China's steel industry develop internationally.

It is reported that the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo will be held in Nanning from September 17th to 21st. At that time, leaders and responsible persons of government departments, consular personnel, industry chambers of commerce, and many leading entrepreneurs from China and ASEAN countries will attend the expo to discuss multilateral economic development and cooperation.

Li Jing, Assistant to the Secretary-General of CAMT, Wang Yu, Director of the Membership Department, Zhao Ying from the Investment and Trade Department of Guangxi International Exposition Affairs Bureau, and Wang Haoyu from the Expo Reception Department participated in the discussion.
